I would like to highly recommend A personal Touch Carpet Care. I called to get a quote and their prices seemed fair so I decided to make an appointment. The technician by the name of Byron called before he was heading to my house. When he arrived he was very friendly and got my carpets cleaned within an hour. I was very satisfied with the results. He told me their policy is not to leave until the customers are 100% satisfied. I'm glad I found my next carpet cleaner.

I called a personal touch carpet care in Sunnyvale CA to have my two bedroom apartment cleaned on Friday. They managed to arrive within two hours. I told them over the phone that I wanted to make sure that their quote would not change. The technician arrived on time and the price was quoted as agreed even though there was an additional bedroom area that I forgot to mention when I called. He told me that their company policy is to not receive any money or leave the job site until their customers are 100% satisfied. I told the technician that I will use their services again and recomend them to other people. My carpet looks great.

Called Wed afternoon for a Saturday appointment. Person on the other end agreed to 2pm Sat. and has me text my info and time. I even got a confirmation returned. Thought it was all good. Sat 2:30pm, I call and don't get an answer. Text them asking for ETA. 2:35pm, Text the number asking if they were even showing up. 2:50pm, Get a response that we agreed on 3pm. 2:50pm, I say "it was 2pm but 3 is okay". 3:00pm Get a call, guy says they are running late but they will be here later as their other job was running late, said they were ~1hr away. I said that was fine then he starts explaining the whole thing again. I told him I didn't care about excuses I just needed my carpets cleaned. Sat 5:43pm. I text "Are you still coming?" 6:02pm Guy replies that they had a $3k water damage clean up and since I told him I didn't want any excuses, his boss advised him to pass on the job. They didn't bother telling me this until it was too late to get someone else. I would NOT recommend these guys if you need a reliable or professional service. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that's what they deserve.
