720 North Apartments

Worst apartment ever. I have been living here at 720 North Apartments since March of 2014. Why? Too many random people walking in and out, neighbors slamming their doors, sounds of sirens, extremely loud car engines like they're having street races (don't forget loud skidding tires!), people from across the street yelling and shouting (I hear one person whistling loudly coming from 7-Eleven right across the street), and kids throwing rocks into the pool. I should probably move out of this place and live someplace else. Best advice: DO NOT move into this apartment and save yourself some money. STAY AWAY!!

Worst management ever. They keep going back and forth on timings to meet and there is utter confusion on who is getting what apartment. It's like a super big mess here. Ruby the agent that showed me the place told me the apartment got booked already(and they didn't care to inform me!). She was also super rude and said she didn't know what a pest inspection is. Bed bugs and pest aware! Desperate people would still take the place, unfortunately. I recommend saving yourself the horror.

I live in apartment 19. (642 Caliente Dr is street address) Please do not come to live in Apt 19. The person upstairs is "playing with his kid", but he sounds as though he is sitting my sofa and talking. The reason is he is always loud. He has habit of yelling for 90% of the time he spends in balcony and when we talk to him, he gets only louder. He also moves furniture or some  equipments in night time (between 11PM - 12PM) that he runs every day during day time causing noise. It is possible that he is running some industrial equipments in his house. This happens 3-4 days a week.German cockroaches come for the dog feces or another animal feces left in front of the home and they crawl on my face in night time. Not one, but 4-5 crawl in same night. I killed as many as 30 over last month. It is 30 days, the management is yet to send pest control. Please watch the video of my midnight encounter with cockroaches youtu.be/h-D8w7_9UDI

One of the best apartments I have been living in so far. Never been bothered by any type of noise. Location is excellent and prices are very reasonable. Very close to shopping. Very nice neighborhood. It is a really good deal.
