Countless hours spent of worrying, ensuring that your loved one will be under professional supervision and care where our mother would be treated with dignity and kindness is on the forefront of every caretakers mind.
We are writing this letter as we have had the great pleasure and fortune to praise your team at Billet Health of Los Angeles and have the opportunity to send this to you, so you are aware of the difference and impact these kind and professional individuals make every single day. Your team was not only gone above and beyond through that difficult process but has continued to shine a light on our family and provide us with the positive memories that the care we hoped for our mother to receive was exceeded.
Billet Health exceeds every expectation and stigma around a home care anyone could have. Your staff upon visiting our mother were always professional, always friendly and personable and were also ready and willing to assist in any way they can. Our Mom was always well taken care of, and it absolutely showed on her smiling face.
Billet Home Health of Los Angeles provides a warm, welcoming and inviting environment where you have no doubt that your loved one is being cared for. Your staff ensured that our mother was cared for as if she was family and maintained her dignity and respect.

had. This compassion, kindness and dedication is reflected in every employee and patient who uses your services. We are deeply appreciative of the time you spent to ensure we were met with kindness and care. You showed true involvement and an open door policy that has made us feel safe in knowing our loved one is in your care. There are no words to explain the tremendous impact you made for 7 years that our mother Adelina Shaverdian received your services . Simply thank you.
To Melania, RN: You hold a very special place in our heart. You possess the kindness and poise and strength to lead a skilled and wonderful clinical team. Your reach is shown through every smiling face of every staff member and nurse that we have encountered. You have formed a connection with us that can only be descried as fate and Adelina was in the most caring hands we could have prayed for. You understand people and this complex population and possess a gift of connecting to those around you. This is so important in leadership and again shows through every interaction we had at Billet Home. We thank you tremendously from the bottom of our hearts for showing Adelina and us dignity, kindness, and understanding that all she wanted to the end of life is to be smiling and loving Mother.
To Maro, LVN: We will always remember our first interaction and meeting with you through the tough times of moms health and what we should do next to make her feel better. You took the time to explain to us kindly what we needed to do; how the process would work and ensured us that you would walk us through the process. You not only walked us through the process but held our hand and our hearts as we met with you. Your professionalism and kindness along with your knowledge is astounding. We thank you though thank you does not feel like it is enough.
To Serbui, CNA: We always are thankful to you for your patience and your hard work throughout 7 years of moms disability. You always were so loving and caring. She always smiled at you, and you always were so gentle with her.
We are simply writing this letter to shine a light on a team of individuals who work in a thankless field every day and do it to ensure that our loved ones are cared for beyond a measure of a doubt.
