Budget Truck Rental

The woman behind the counter was extremely attentive and helpful. I came in with WAY TO MANY questions for a simple truck rental, but she was helpful, informative, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. The truck was in good condition, and I left a happy camper.

Im pretty sure her name was amber but she saved me after uhaul screwed me over. She made it easy to get a truck that I needed day of since uhaul wasnt able to give me my truck. The truck got me from A to B just fine and it was kind of fun to drive. Thank you amber!

DO not trust Budget. They canceled my reservation 3 days before my move right before they closed their office, SO I had NO ONE to speak to! THEN sent me a confirmation that everything was fine. I spoke to their corporate office, and they told me that they would look into it and give me a call back within a couple house, 5 HOURS LATER - they have no answer foe me other than "we guarantee our rates, but we can't guarantee the trucks will be available." So they regularly screw people over. OH ALSO! Found out that AFTER canceling me they are now charging over $1000 for truck rentals. I was originally paying $224. I've screen shotted their updated price since canceling me. Very Shady, very money grubbing. They've also been reported to the BBB.
