I recently sold my home in Reseda and I the home inspector called out needed repairs. I asked my successful real estate agent friend for a referral and he referred me to Ace (ask for Angel) without any hesitation. I called Angel and he came out to my house the next day to give me an estimate. I also did my due diligence and had other retrofitters give me estimates too. The other estimates were more than double in price. I was in shock at high the other estimates were. Angel was also able accomodate my schedule to do the repairs and also get it done well before closing of escrow. Angel also saved me over $900 by fixing a wire on the garage door opener that needed to be fixed.
