        Mechanics were sitting around, customer service was walking around, and I asked if I could just get an oil change, 3 hours.... like wow, really. Nobody is doing anything. "Do you have an appointment, or some one your waiting on?" "No, that just the soonest we have someone a available." Wow. Just wow.
