        The locksmith came out quickly, was very friendly, and did a great job, but at $475 for drilling open a locked closet and replacing the knob, I'd recommend checking quotes elsewhere before using them. The locksmith who came out told me there wasn't anything he could do about the price as it was company-set. The call center was nice enough to give me a courtesy call afterwards to ask about my experience, and when asked about this, told me that the locksmiths themselves set the price. The lack of transparency was frustrating on top of the price, but they did a good job.
