        EVERYTHING! As a newbie, I was nervous but Lynsey eased all that. She assisted in adjusting my seat, explained the class (very personable) and we were off. The great music and motivation as we cycled made it an ABSOLUTELY beautiful experience.

        I've spun here three times! I've taken instructors Jazz, Cara, & Jessie & let me just say, ABSOLUTELY FIRE classes. Amazing playlists & vibes, not to mention a kick a** workout! Just signed up for their unlimited membership & look forward to coming back frequently! GREAT Clean Studio as well! Way to go Evolv!
