We used Woo Paperie for our wedding invitations and were delighted with the outcome. I came to them with an idea and they put it to paper beautifully. They even went above and beyond to translate my stationary into Spanish and create two versions. Their prices were very reasonable for us and the customer service was unbeatable. I will continue to use them in the future. Sarai was the mastermind behind it all. We LOVED our invitations!

My now husband and I met with Jennifer from Woo Paperie after our wedding planner recommended her as her top choice for us. When we met with Jennifer, we appreciated how she took time to understand our vision, and even had some cardstock nearby to show us some options on Zoom. We ultimately hired her to create our Save the Dates and wedding invitations as she seemed personal and friendly. When I sent Jennifer inspiration for what we wanted our paper products to look like, she created an almost identical version of what we sent her. This could be perceived as a good thing as she created our vision, but at the same time I hired her so she could put her creative spin on it. Anyone can order invitations off of various websites, so I was surprised when she pretty much copied the inspiration almost exactly instead of making it her own while sticking to a theme. There were also a few times where it took several days for her to respond to emails. It would have been nice to receive an away message from her so I knew she would get back to us. Without an away message, working with her was stressful at times, especially with deadlines. One incident that rubbed me the wrong way was when I emailed Jennifer addresses for our Save the Dates, spoke with her on the phone about how to improve the etiquette (mainly the order of the names), and submitted the new list to print. Even after I spoke with her, the original list (before the edits) was printed. Luckily the addresses were correct, but I felt frustrated that the new list was not printed. I then realized that in the fine print the first list emailed is printed, so I take responsibility for not reading that closer. Regardless, it seemed strange to speak to me on the phone in the first place if the intention was never to print the updated list. Overall, I didn't completely trust that Jennifer would respond to my emails efficiently, and I therefore felt a bit on edge working with her, especially when it came to other paper products that had shorter and tighter deadlines. I think she means well, but I prefer to work with vendors that answer emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) and put their creative spin on projects, especially since it costs more money to hire someone than do it yourself online.With all that said, I am grateful that Jennifer helped us stay within budget, and the paper products we received from her were of high quality. It's just too bad there was a rough journey to the destination.

My wife and I went with Jennifer at Woo Paperie for our wedding papergoods and it was one of the better decisions we made! We were thinking about going with e-vites but were scolded by our older relatives and decided to go with some physical. After some looking around LA we set a meeting at Woo Paperie to talk about the various options for our Save the Dates. The meeting was wonderful and we got the impression that they were set on helping our vision come to fruition. It was clear that they were happy to hear our ideas, and use their expertise to make them even better. Throughout the proofs process we were always so happy when Jennifer would make a suggestion we hadn't thought of, and our paper goods were always the better for it. We ended up so happy with our Save the Dates that we eventually did all of our paper goods through them - invites, programs, place cards, menus, and seating chart. It all looked wonderful and all our guests were very impressed, and most importantly Jennifer made sure that it all still felt like "us." Would highly recommend Jennifer and her shop to anyone thinking about their printing needs - you'll get great and personalized service at a very reasonable price!

If I could give Woo Paperie 6 stars I would! I had such an incredible, easy experience with Jennifer. She made everything so easy and was so kind throughout the entire process of printing our wedding invitations. She even proofed our first draft and saved us from wedding committing a major wedding faux pa! I trusted her enough that I didn't even need to see a proof before printing all of our invitations. She was very accommodating with my work schedule and was able to meet me after hours.It's little shops like these that make our community so great. I wish all my wedding ventures went as easy as they did at Woo paperie. I HIGHLY recommend using this print shop with complete confidence. I just wish I had more to print! Will definitely be using them for all my printing needs. Thank you Jennifer! You are truly a gem!
