Their office manager and head notary Joel is also very accommodating with scheduling signings for loan docs or any real estate related documents. My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Anabel and Joel for a couple years now. I'm not sure where to begin because they are absolutely wonderful to work with! Throughout the transactions, Anabel and Joel both were in communication with my wife and myself to keep us up to date. When ever anything is missing, they notify us immediately. Since we're busy during the day and can only meet in the evening, they always work with our schedule when documents need to be signed. Joel is also the notary person for Sherman Escrow. What I really love about working with them is that they are always attentive to the details and always make sure they understand everything. They usually get the agent involve is there are any confusions. They will always get back to you, no matter how busy they are. You won't be disappointed while working with them.
