This law firm changed my life. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. The attorney I had before Kermische and Paletz turned my response in late and was asking the judge questions. You need someone like Daneil Paletz who was clearly born for this difficult profession. Kermisch and Paletz is simply the best law firm. It's a game of chess through the legal system so make sure you do your part and be a great parent, pray, do your best, never give up and be patient.

Obsoletely useless lawfirm, retained them for half year, they did absolutely nothing, no change in custody. If you are straight male do not count on any attorney in california. They exist to rip off white-collar male parents.

I had to take the time to write a review for a lawyer I have been working with for a few months now in my divorce process. Kassandra has been amazing and super helpful in every way possible way for my divorce. Shes been empathetic, resourceful, knowledgeable, reassuring, and super professional. I am truly blessed to have worked with her throughout this journey. When I speak with her, I immediately feel calm. I know that she has my best interest, and always gives me the best advice legally. Its important to remember that divorce is a very emotional process, and being able to connect to a lawyer, who not only displays professionalism and deep empathy, but also provides a sound logical perspective is very valuable.
