Manager said it would take 5 minutes while he was handling another customer. The other associate could not help me since apparently my situation was outside his authority or experience. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer and the manager said he'll be done when it's done. Instead it took thirty minutes. Once I got the manager's attention he informed me that what the customer service tells you on the national line is not always true. Eventually the manager and I figured out a solution although it was far costlier than I expected.

Its cheaper than the others but somehow falls short. Car was smelly, clearly used as someones personal vehicle. I just expect more. They replied to this review asking me to email them. I did and they ignored me.

This is a place that discriminates customers based on their race. A car was rightfully rented and upon arrival car was denied based on the fact that the reservation was done under a Mexican name. Shame on Sixt to act like this. Shame on Johnathan and Harshidan, bad people that know not nothing about treating with people. Update as of June 29, 2023: SIXT Customer Services answered my Google comment, and asked me to send an email explaining in more details what had happened. I did so, but after three days no answer, no reply, nothing from Customer Services. Also, no refund was received. Its being two weeks now with no apologies, no explanation, and no refund. We are starting to believe that the branch is a fraud, and we are ready to have our attorney lined up to defend our interests. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE YOU, SHOUT WITH YOU, AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.
