Had a pilonidal cyst that was flaring up and needed to be lanced. Doctor there took 10 seconds to look and said it wasn't ready to be lanced. Walked away and that was it. No other recommendations for pain or anything. I'll never bring business here ever again. Doctors there need to be more attentive to their patients and not so dismissive.

I am giving this Urgent Care a single star due to many reasons, wrong medication is one. Our daughter is 3 yr but they gave us the most bitter medication. Then we asked the doctor why was it like this and they resolved this situation saying "Let your daughter try it again and if you don't like it then go to a different place. " We already told them how my daughter threw up after she took the medication, but they told us it again. Even when I tried, I couldn't handle the taste of it. With the most aditude, he repeated and refused to give us a different medicine. I would like to report the doctor Birhanu Admassie for disrespect and careless.

Staff takes closest parking 7 cars but only 2 patients inside the waiting room Desk ladies are unwelcoming and rude Expired notices on the front entrance door The man who checked vitals and initially assisted is very kind and welcoming. The ladies in the front should take note that people dont ask to be sick, we come because we need help and dont need to be treated like we are a nuisance to them. The doctor was also kind.
