The sweetest most wonderful staff. All my other doctor offices dont hold a candle to this place everyone is absolutely amazing I adore each and every nurse here from the front of the office to the back to the surgery room just wonderful !

Crystal in their insurance department straight out lied to me about my insurance coverage and started a fight between me and my insurance company.  When they called her for clarification, she told them something completely different than what she told me. I work nights and didn't need to spend an hour on the phone with the insurance dealing with Crystal's BS when I should have been sleeping.Previously, I had to threaten to sue to get almost $500 back that they overcharged me for a deposit. Once my insurance paid them she told me it would "take a year" for my money to be refunded! For today's procedure I was told not to eat because I was getting anesthesia.  Then when my blood sugar crashed the nursing staff got upset I didn't eat.  They didn't believe I was told to not eat. I arrived and my paperwork said anesthesia.  I questioned that and was told it was a mistake. It would seem to me that  medical facilities should cheçk and double check before showing documents to patients.  After all it could be a matter of life and death. This place is seriously mismanaged and if I stay with Dr. Phan (one of the owners) I will be going to Dameron Hospital in the future.

I had surgery this Monday at Ambulatory Surgery Center in Stockton and the staff is very professional and thorough in explaining the procedure. Every staff member took time to explain the procedure to me in detail and this shows that the staff is on one accord in communication concerning their patients (my observation). I love the compassion, humor, kindness and the ease in the atmosphere, it was as if the surgery center made a house call, this is how relaxed and comfortable, they made me feel. I would like to thank the staff that I encountered: Dr. Phan with his amazing humor; Erin & Krista, receptionists are hospitable & professional; Simon RN, unforgettable humor; Tran RN supervisor, compassionate; Christina RN, compassionate; Karen M. RN, compassionate, humorous; Angie RN, compassionate; Nathan X-Ray Tech, compassionate; Blane, Administrator, compassionate, he was assisting everywhere I assumed he was a CNA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility. Awesome staff!!!! Kudos Ambulatory Surgery Center in Stockton.

First surgery came out messed up so had to go in for a second one on the same finger and was also given a price ( paid it ) then have been receiving bill after bill . This place is crazy !!!!!
