        The broads working there are super rude!!! They all need to be fired, or they need to take a training class on how to treat costumers. Ugly attitudes with bad skin. I went in at 5pm 12/15/2023 so who ever is on that shift needs an attitude check and training!!!!

        Horrible customer service . My husband came in here to print something out and he had never printed anything so I let him know that they would just walk him through and help him out and what he needed to do since I couldnt be there to help , But instead of helping him out, they seemed like they were bothered by him asking questions, and he couldnt figure out what to do because they kept walking away just leaving him there to try to figure it out on his own . We usually come into this UPS and I havent had any complaints, but it seems like today. He got a bad batch of employees that didnt want to help out their customers. They told him what his total was, and then walked away, and he wasnt sure what to do since they werent ringing him up . Very upsetting customer service and I usually dont take time to review places, but I did feel that this deserved a review
