We really got lucky with having Judy Vo as our real estate agent. Judy went above and beyond in helping us sell our parents house. She took care of many tasks that we would do ourselves but couldnt because we didn't reside locally. We had comfort knowing she cared and was there to watch out for our property. She communicated regularly and we were always in alignment on the status and the next steps. She has a knack for design and staged the house beautifully. She is resourceful and has relationships and contacts in the industry which helped make the process of preparing the house for sale and the actual sale itself a lot easier for us. Judy was great to work with, she is knowledgeable, energetic, responsive, highly productive, got things done quickly and cared about ensuring we were happy with the results. Judy did an outstanding job finding us our dream home. There were a lot of things that we needed our last home to have, and to be quite honest, it was not an easy find. Judy was really patient with us and showed us many homes. It was a challenge finding the right home, but she did it. She found us exactly what we were looking for and made the transaction smooth. Although there were some hick-ups throughout the process (from the seller's realtor), she made sure everything was worked out. I really appreciated her help throughout the process. She held our hand throughout the entire purchase. The best thing overall was that she was available all hours of the day, not just the 9-5 weekdays only routine (as was the seller's agent). This made a world off difference to me and I know that the picked "The Best Realtor" in town!!! Thank you Judy.
