Colia Howell

Someone like Colia Howell shouldnt be a realtor/ be in the real estate business. She is a liar, ignorant of her job and will cause you more pain than good. She was suggested to us by Zillow and we didnt do our due diligence before employing her. My personal experience was a disaster, shes so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Please stay away from anything that has do with her most especially if youre a first time home buyer. Hire her at your own perils. She only got one star because it wont let me post without a star. Apart from that shes deserving of one start.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Even though I have purchased my home yet,I came across Colia for information from a friend. Shes very patient, knowledgeable, informative and easy to speak with. When I am ready for my purchase she will definitely be the one I will call.

Colia was excellent. It was our first purchase, she was patient, explained all processes to us and found us our perfect home quickly. Can't want to work with her again.
