09/05/2021 My past experience with realtors wasn't good. I did however have an excellent experience, as a buyer, 33 years ago, with a Help U Sell office in Stockton. That prior Help U Sell experience is the reason that I sought out Alpha Realty Help U Sell, in Stockton California, when the time came to sell our house. My sister and I met with Eric Quillinan. I was impressed by his comprehensive knowledge of real estate as well as taxation and other pertinent financial matters. It was important that we require someone who possessed a strong sense of integrity, was unpretentious and not a hard sell type, to facilitate the sale of our home. Eric completely filled that requirement. The sale itself was essentially flawless. We accepted on offer on the house within 8 days and escrow closed within the month.
