County Plumbing

We were assigned this company through home warranty. They were not very responsive in returning phone calls for scheduling. The plumbers do not carry phones so theres no notice given when they are on the way to the service visit and when we didnt hear the doorbell, no one called us. Ended up using a different company because it would be a full week from our initial phone call until the actual work and we couldnt wait that long. I dont know how the actual plumbing work is.

Disappointing Company. They did not do the work because the Office Manager gave the worst customer service ever. I see they are trying to work under Barnes Brothers County plumbing. I called my warranty company and told them I would not allow County plumbing to do my work. they reissued the service und Barnes Brothers but called to let me know that would be cancelled as they are one in the same. The plumber who came out was a nice guy but the office was where this company fell short. I don't recommend them and they tried to gauge me for 3 services saying that my master sinks and shower which was all one request would cost me per drain. They lied and my warranty company told me as much so for bad service, lying and gauging I say shame on you and whoever the lady who calls herself the office manager. She also told me the owner would never call and would the VP of Roto Rooter call you. She hung up on me and that told everything I needed to know about this company. Shame shame on you.

I had a positive experience with County Plumbing. They came out as promised and assessed the issue with my water heater. After my warranty company approved the repair, County Plumbing came out again as scheduled and repaired my water heater.

Home warranty assigned our repair case to them which is our bad luck. The technician put in the report saying missing parts which leads to deny of our claim by home warranty. Indeed, the parts are not missing. The technician just didn't care to ask about the parts at the spot and later refused to make correction of his report. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
