I'm from out of town visiting my Mom.  My Dr. Called in a prescription (with me on the phone) & the Pharmacist couldn't be nicer!They Compounded my medication by the end of the day & they were So Helpful! Above & Beyond Service!Now, I will continue to use this Compounding Pharmacy once I'm back home.  They'll overnight it to me!Excellent Staff, So Helpful & Friendly... I wouldn't go anywhere else! I had an eye condition causing me a lot of discomfort (I was spending my entire day with both eyes shut), and my health plan was projected 7-10 business days (turned out to be 12, after they failed to cancel the order).  Pacific produced them in ONE day and shipped them overnight (necessary, because they must stay frozen until use).  Not cheap, but worth every penny to get treatment going.  Had I waited on my health plan's pharmacy, the eye drops would have arrived the same day as my first follow up appointment with the doctor, and I'd have had an extra two plus weeks of discomfort.I had several follow up questions in the weeks after the prescription arrived, and the staff, including the pharmacist, were very helpful and detailed in their replies.  And they're friendly and sympathetic as can be, always nice.

Do Not Go Here!!!*** I used this company for a grand total of three times, between May 2022- August 2022 while I used this company the prices went up each time for the same prescription and strength(buprenorphine) for my dying cat, a simple pain medication went from $65 to $85 without any notice to me. When I called for what would be my final medication refill *my cat will be passing away within the month* I talked to Brandon the pharmacist on 9/20/2022 he notified me that I was basically overpaying, but confirmed my refill would indeed be filled on 9/21/22. When I called the pharmacy the next day for clarification on pricing and reasoning for the drastic price change as well to be sure it was shipped, I was told he had simply mis-spoke and a miscommunication on my end and made to feel like it was my fault,  to disregard what I had been told. Though this didn't make sense so when I questioned them again I was told I was being rude and "bullying" their staff by Don the owner. I wasn't even properly sent the prescription in the first place. When my doctor prescribed a 30-day amount I was only given a 2-week supply but I was still charged for the 30-day amount of the other medication clindamycin total price of which  of $89.43 (including shipping) which I was told the reasoning behind this was I was paying for materials and supplies to make this medication even though I wasn't given the full prescribed amount this time. I have now been told they will not send the medications at all and my dying cat is being punished for a disagreement about pricing, even when I told them I would pay the higher price despite not agreeing with them. Thankfully after calling the vet I was able to find another place that would fill my prescription at what is the normal average price of $65 and also gave me the full month supply at that price of both medications  at a compounding pharmacy . At the end of the day, I only asked for an apology and the owner wouldn't even do that, . Go to Remedy RX in ROSEVILLE they are a compounding pharmacy with excellent customer service and quick response, btw I am getting a 60 day supply of the Clindamycin for 65.00 dollars.
