0 stars if I could. These people here are horrible, especially the manager who is a woman didn't even get her name (go figure). Booked 8 banquet tables and called to add pipe and drape about a week from the wedding first of all our entire order didn't exist because she took our name wrong the first time under Julio and a completely different last name. Then when we changed the info under correct name. Calls back and says tables aren't available ...so we would've went a day before wedding AND HAVE NO TABLES FOR THE REST OF THE 64 guests. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IT IS ALSO KNOWN AS ROSE GARDEN SO AVOID THEM TOO! Save your money and go to CENTRAL VALLEY PARTY SUPPLIES in Tracy ca .

I saw online  that it was closed on Saturday so I decided to call hoping there was a recording stating their business hours. To my surprise someone answered and stated they're usually closed but happened to be open until 2pm today. So here I am, at 1:15 looking at a closed building!!!!! I can already tell that they're unorganized.

This rental company was an amazing part of the decor of my wedding. Linens were all perfectly pressed and we also received help loading the chairs to our trailer for pickup. Even a day of last minute rental of chair covers was fulfilled and able to be picked up within 3 hours completelyElevating the look of my reception, something I overlooked before was the mismatched chairs from my venue. Also these are the cheapest and most convenient rentals I could find near me in the Contra Costa, San Joaquin area. I'll have to come back and show a better picture with the chair covers!

I rented some tables & chairs and table covers to host a birthday party at home. It was super quick & easy to reserve them about a week & a half before the event date. I can't recall the name of who I spoke with over the phone but they were patient and helpful to help me get the right size round tables.Delivery was quick & the guy, I think his name was Anthony, he was chill & answered some questions I had about arranging pick up. They don't set up the tables, but that's pretty normal. The tables were in pretty rough shape, but we rented the right size table covers. Chairs were in better condition but dusty & needed a good wile down, but I planned on doing that anyways.For pick up, I knew I wasn't going to be around. I staged everything in my garage and Anthony rang the doorbell so I could open my garage remotely. It was all picked up in less than 10 minutes & Anthony let me know (through my doorbell cam) that he was all done. I closed the garage behind them and it was super convenient.I would rent from them again and recommend them.
