        If you are going through qtc, DO NOT go here. It took weeks to get this appointment, and then they canceled my appointment with less than 24 hr notice because they couldnt figure out how to get my paperwork from qtc. I even offered to bring a physical copy of my paperwork from qtc, and they said yeah that would work, but we already cancelled your appointment, so no.

        Good doctor, only if the insurance and work companies manage to double it and they don't cure you, so they can kick you out of work, or let them cure you, they take the lead of the bosses,
