Brea was a big asset in buying and selling our properties. She is very smart when it comes to the housing market. Her partnership was a big factor in selling our home. She is very in tune to what people expect in buying and selling a home. If you want to work with an agent who will go the entire way to make it happen, then Brea is your person. Bought my first house during the ever changing crazy housing market in 2021with Brea and she was there every step of the way making it a smooth process. Once I got connected with her, she was determined to get me the keys to my first home and we immediately started looking at/putting in offers on several homes. Brea is very well connected , super smart about offer strategies that were attractive to the seller while staying within my budget, and quick to let me know updates and answer my questions during the whole process. We had 3 accepted offers in one day at one point! She is motivated and exactly the right person to have on your team while buying/selling a home. I felt like she really went above and beyond to help me! Absolutely 100% will go to Brea in the future to buy/sell a home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell! =)

Because of Brea, I am now a homeowner! Brea has been an impactful & integral part of my entire first-time home buyer experience. She guided me every step of the way as she is so supportive, attentive, and determined. She is so knowledgeable and patient, and she has strong communication skills! I asked soooo many questions throughout the process and she always made sure I was informed until I was absolutely comfortable. She even made sure I was having fun as we were shopping around looking at properties! I really appreciated her follow-ups and reminders of action items that needed to be complete in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.
