Since I have parted ways with what used to be my fave taco truck I have been searching for a replacement. Today I tried the Al Pastor Tacos at Gallos Taco Truck located on March Lane in the Marshall's parking lot. They were very good, fresh and flavorful! So much so that I plan to go back for more of those tasty tacos and also try a couple other dishes. I'll update in a couple of weeks.

No stars because they offer Quesabirria tacos and give you regular salsa, instead of the salsa that's supposed to go with Quesabirrias.
The food was not good at all. Would not spend my money here again.

Taco truck alright, meat was very dry and stale. Tortillas seemed like they weren't fresh.
