They all need a good lesson in communication. Cause that is what they all lack. Yes, they do have a lot of excuses. But. Instead of excuses. Why don't they just follow thru with what they are offering or promising? Amy is a joke. Gene. Did call his client after I asked jim to. But he should have done it without me asking. Whats the problem guys???? And have you also noticed, not once have they addressed all our concerns. Just very poor customer service they should close their shop.

I really don't want to deal with this company. Unfortunately they are the only one left within 20 miles that can get what I need . I'm really tired of the ducking and dodging Gene does avoiding just about all phone calls or has the ladies in front answer and just tell you he's at a meeting or not in . I understand it takes time to get my supplies in because they are special order upon demand , but this is ridiculous . I don't know who the owner of the supply shop is but they need to fire Gene and get someone in there that will do the job required . If you are reading these reviews take them seriously and go back to your doctor and ask for them to find someone else if possible.

Gene restored my faith in humanity. Had exactly what I needed and then gave it to me and sent me on my way without taking my name, any contact info or any money!! Just wanted me to have doc fax him a prescription so he could bill Medicare. Who in this world is so trusting nowadays? I will return if I need other medical equipment
