It's interesting that every time I call, they say please participate in a 2 minute survey at the end, but I never get to the survey even once because the assistant will do everything in their power to keep you from getting into the survey. Even when I request a survey, she puts me on hold for 10 minutes

I love this clinic and I also made the right choice choosing my primary doctor , Dr .Seyed he listens to our need and takes really good care of me when Ineed of care , also he has amazing staff also a warm welcoming when I come to this place they treat u like family thank you dr seyed and his assistance and staff for you all do to ensure our needs is take Care of .

Called them and the person that answered the phone told me they wont be able to see my son & laughed about it. My son is autistic. Nothing about that was funny, thats evil and obnoxious. you couldve saved your little giggles & just say that you wont treat an autistic kid.

I switched from Kaiser and I regret it. I can never get a hold of someone after business hours but sometimes I just need advice line. And when I ask for an appointment they tell my doctor isnt available until 3 months out whats the point if my needs are urgent but not ER urgent. I currently have flu symptoms and need help and their answering machine system didnt even let me leave a message. I cant wait until open enrollment so I can go back to Kaiser

Dr. Nguyen and her staff have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. They are prompt to get back to me, and always follow through with everything such as referrals and questions I have sent through the portal. I am grateful for Dignity Health, who treats me with respect and that is hard to find these days.
