The office staff from the front to the back was wonderful. I appreciate their professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge, communication and commitment to providing excellent patient care. Dr Balduzzi explained things in a way that was plain and simple to understand. I was a patient of Dr Yecies and will always appreciate what he did.. Dr Balduzzi has come into the practice and is doing a great job. Stockton is blessed to have this clinic of excellent workers.

I had a appointment at their San Andreas location for June 6th and they canceled it due to the fact that the doctor was not going to be in. I tried to reschedule my appointment on June 1st and it was going to be 2 months before they could see me. They gave me the option to have a phone consultation and the doctor was going to call me the morning of June 2nd between 8am and 9am. 9am comes around and no call so I call them. And after being on hold for 30min the doctor gets on the phone and goes through the list of things I was allergic to I ask a couple questions probably a total of 5 minutes for our conversation. Then a month later I get a bill for $165 for the phone consultation that they couldn't even keep. They never mentioned I would be charged during the phone conversation. This practice is a joke. The office staff knows little to nothing and the doctors are extremely quick to leave the room after the appointment like they don't even want to be there. And when you ask the doctor a question they act like it's a huge problem to answer you.

Im very disappointed with the specialty nurse whos doing the authorization for specialty medication. I totally understand that they are busy, Ive been waiting for them to give us a call back for two months and didnt hear anything from them. Every time I will call they will say they will call me back or the nurse was off or on break. My son was delayed for his meds for 3 months already. The clinic was good before (doctors and staffs per se) thats why my son was coming back here for more than 12 yrs until this happened recently. People who answers phone calls needs to be more compassionate and understanding as well.
