        Despite a slight delay, both the Provider and medical assistant exhibited great kindness. I arrived for a routine PCP Visit and typically prefer a female doctor, but I felt at ease and empowered in managing my own health. Dr. Lovato proved to be exceptionally informative, effortlessly addressing all of my inquiries in a conversational manner.

        I had to wait more than 4 hours. My appointment was at 12:30. Other people who had appointments after mine were seen before me. I kept asking them about the wait time but the receptionist never gave a clear answer. Do not come to this place please!
