The comments confused me because the staff is always nice an attending to us. Katrina is really nice to my children. The nurses and Katrina always make sure I have my questions answered, never have any because they are pretty good at explaining things to me. I really like their care foe my children. To me seems like they do care. Thanks

This place is tash. Receptionists like to talk down on people. Pharmacy workers lie and mistreat people. The entire center is disgustingly unprofessional. They never have doctors available. Only traveling temporary doctors who are from out of state and don't know how to prescribe anything because they are not from California.

This place is worthless and so unprofessional. My boyfriend waited 3 months for his appointment, the day before his appointment he received a text stating that his original appointment was cancelled and changed to a different earlier time. Never did he received a call if the change in appointment was ok no consent from our part, just a change made without any acknowledgement. What doctors office does this without consenting the patients? I called this morning an older lady answered who was rude and didn't even apologize for their mistake. She just mentioned the next appointment is a video call appointment which is a month away. A video call, this place is a joke. I just hanged up. Never again going back into that clinic.
