Mattress By Appointment

Horrible customer service BTW this place is still open. If you are gonna buy a Mattress from here and expect that he will dispose of the old one for you. Please think again cuz he will NOT. I have bought a mattress from here and asked if they dispose of the old one and was told yes. But it's been 3 weeks now and the guy still hasn't came and keeps on making excuses every time.

Business hours need to be changed i texted the number to get an appointment but none of the times that worked for me worked for the scheduler he made sure to tell me he had others things to do letting me know my business was not a priority i was ready cash in hand to make my purchase i thanked him for his time and looked else where the fact that he wanted me to stop by at 11pm just did not sit well with me
