Al, the owner, is friendly. The water system that Al laid failed 100% after only two days. It leaked first, which Al promised to fix and didn't. The watering station looked like a swamp. Al said he didn't know how to fix my water system; plus, he capped off and rerouted my five-year-old system, which had worked, to water the backyard, leaving my plants in my front yard to die. Al charged more than twice as much as the professionals who fixed the disasters he made would have charged had they done the work to begin with. It took Al a week and a half to lay water lines and sod on a flat, unencumbered surface. Because he didn't know what to do to fix the lines he plugged, he brought in an equally inept helper. Al made excuses about car problems and showed up later day after day. The $800 I spent on sod will hopefully not be a waste, as the sod is dying due to lack of water. Al, sadly, has no idea what he is doing. Thank God that there are real professionals, who were able to fix the mess that Al made.
