We walked around and Esme greeted us with such kindness, she walked with us around to look at cars that were very nice while still staying in our budget, we test drove the car we wanted and it was AMAZING, we went inside and started on the paperwork, which was very fast, we were provided with answers to our questions, help when we needed it, and she dedicated all of her time to us, after all was said and done we drove off in our very FIRST CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, ALL THANKS TO ESME FOR ALL OF HER HELP, KINDNESS, AND POSITIVITY! Thank you to KIA as well, we are very excited to start our journey with our new vehicle, its just what we wanted and more and you have an amazing woman working with you as well and we couldnt have done it without her or you!

Ricky was great when shopping for a vehicle. But the salesmen that were standing outside were making rude comments and we overheard them gossiping and laughing about our process, thinking we didnt hear them as we walked behind them. We drove a telluride and then decided to go with a sportage instead.They found it amusing that we first looked a telluride but decided to go smaller with a sportage. If you go shopping here, avoid every salesman except Ricky.
