Maffei has just undergone a large billing initiative to modernize their back office systems and from what I can see, it has gone totally pear shaped. I had one policy canceled because the applied auto to home owners and all electronic billing has stopped working. This in itself is not the reason I give them such a bad rating. It was the attempt to gaslight me and make it seem like it was my fault, when in fact it is a major issue on there side, which was confirmed by my broker. I had one claim in about 10 years for a broken mirror that was struck when I parked. I have an Audi SQ5 and they offered 300 bucks for the claim, after weeks of battling, in which I had no car, they paid to get it fixed for the 4k it really cost. This has been my experience take it for what its worth.

They don’t do their Job, they don’t care if you aren’t at fault, they still put you at fault. Go Somewhere else for car insurance.
