they're not very professional and they don't help you when you need help but Dr Natasha she sucks her staff is awful I was in an emergency situation not one time to her or her staff tell me to go to the emergency room I could have died

Sonja at the Orange office has gone above and beyond to help me get my bills with various medical charges figured out along with any other questions I have about coverage and benefits! Every single time Ive called this company I have met the kindest, most helpful people so I know theyre hand picked when hired. Im sure one of the criteria for getting hired is that they MUST have a deep empathy and love for people! And I know this is true because every time Ive called, no matter who Im talking to, they always take the time to chitchat for a few minutes Oh yeah, Ill be with Alignment for the long haul...!

Agent Monessa was terrific, I needed a new mattress for.my hospital bed. She and I.were put off again by supplier. She never have up and "She Won!" I am to have a mattress delivered this afternoon! Way to go Monessa!
