Could not find a better Place!, My experience with KHovnanian was excellent!. from the moment we walked in, the treatment was super. gave me and my family a good feeling. Heba and Team are super friendly and helpful. I'm a first time home buyer and had tons of questions but the team helped us throughout the entire process. I'm really glad we crossed paths. The whole experience was excellent. I recommended KHovnanian to my family and friends and really recommend it to everybody else. specially first time home buyers. They can definitely help!.

If youre looking to purchase a home, this is the community and the team to do it with. Their mortgage application process was seamless. I never thought we could purchase a home at 32 years old, but GOD! We are blessed to have crossed paths here, and now we have a home our 2 and 1 year olds can grow up in. Heba, Lorena, Linda, Jonathan, Carlos and their entire Khov. staff and team members are the best to work with! They made this process less stressful for me as a full time mom, full time career, full time ministry, & family kind of woman, they provided me with guidance, direction, compassion, patience, and care throughout this entire process beginning to the very end.
