I am a provider and I called delta and spoke with Veronica my reference # is 649811 I am so thankful for her. She really was so knowledgeable, and she really cared about solving my claim problems and questions. She deserves a raise! she has so much patience and she put me at ease.

This is one of the worst insurances I have worked with. I still have a claim from February that goes back and forth between Aetna (employed by Delta Health Systems) and this company. Apparently, Aetna effective 09/01/22 no longer accepts claims to be priced by them before sending the claim to Delta for payment. So all claims effective this date 09/1/22 should be automatically crossed over to Delta from Medicare, and they do but Delta rejects them and requests for claims to be sent to Aetna for appraisal, Aetna rejects them also because they no longer appraise the claims for Delta. No one wants to pay, and the ball goes back and forth, and the provider doesn’t get paid, and the insurance keeps on making money! This is unacceptable! According to Aetna, this keeps on happening constantly were Delta rejects the claim sending it back to Aetna when they have an agreement that after MDC pays claims cross electronically to Delta and they should be processing. Is this done on purpose? I wouldn’t be surprised!

You can't get nobody live on the phone! No live operator! it's just a recorded message what kind of health system is this if you can't even talk to a provider!!!
