    I really wanted to recommend this company, but I cannot. I also don't like writing negative reviews but buyer beware. I ordered a hat from this company and was sent the wrong hat. I was told I could not exchange the hat for the correct one, but must return the hat, get a refund, and then place a new order. OK, fine...sure. Mistakes happen I get it. I used their shipping label to return the incorrect hat and placed new order. When I got the second hat it was the wrong hat yet again. In both cases, the wrong hat was a completely different style versus what I requested. Somehow it was also the same style wrong hat both times, leading me to believe their ordering system is pointing at a wrong stock number. I mentioned this to them and they offered no solution, just "Return can be submitted to our website" I double checked the order I placed to make sure I wasn't inputting the order wrong. Yet the original order was correct. Hopefully, I can get my refund processed without hassle. UPDATE 1/4/2024 I'll be monitoring this review as based on the response from the owner. I will periodically update as appropriate. UPDATE 1/8/2024 I did finally receive the correct hat from Tenth Street late last week. I am awaiting final processing of my refund for the two hats that were received incorrectly. UPDATE 1/11/2024 I would like to note that Tenth Street kept their word an I received refunds for both incorrectly ordered hats. I have updated their review to 3 stars for the prompt treatment of the refund and complimentary hat for my trouble. I would note that the quality of the hat finally received is pretty nice, it's a shame so much back and forth was required.

    I ordered and received the standard reply message about the order being recieved. I waited a full week and half for tracking confirmation of my order but did not recieve one until I inquired. It turns out the package was delivered, and I was notified 24 hours after delivery by email. Nobody in my house at the time saw the package and they would have had to walk right by it. I was rained on for 24 hours directly onto the box. Really poor communicatiopn with their customers. Get it together Tenth Street.

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy as well as a one-year, craftsmanship guarantee on our hats; we'll replace your damaged hat for free within the first 12 months. Heres the reality. They offer free return postage but charge a $10 restocking fee. Only if you click on their return policy do you see this $10 fee. The Promise is predominately featured. Yes, their return or exchange is hassle-free . At a cost. This will be my last order. Ironically, the hat featured in the brochure that was mailed to me was missing when I tried to purchase it. I entered the description and nothing came up. Apparently they were out of stock and removed it from their website. Apparently. But I found it on a competitors site and ordered it. It arrived 2 days sooner than my Tenth Street order. Again, this will be my last order with this company.

    Just purchased a Stacy Adams Newark fedora. It's a fantastic Looking hat. I would recommend 10th Street Hats. I and have had zero issues with 10th Street. The hat quality is great, the customer service is fantastic. 10th Street is there to help the customer, and I've had no problems with them. If you want a great looking hat, at a great price and high quality, I would recommend 10th Street Hats. 10th Street Hats is a great place to purchase your hats. They have a great selection and the the prices are really good. The quality of hat is fantastic. Bought a new flat cap from Tenth Street. Another great hat, and easy to buy. I like the app, it's easy to use. Tenth Street is a great company to buy from, great prices and the hats are high quality. Purchased another hat, The Hiker. It fits great, looks fantastic and an be worn on numerous occasions. It fits as expected. I enjoy wearing it while hiking in the mountains, or just around the block. From start. to finish, it was easy to order. It's easy to determine your correct size. If for some reason you need to return it, Tenth Street Hats makes returns easy as well. They make it very easy to contact them for any reason.

image I really wanted to recommend this company, but I cannot. I also don't like writing negative reviews but buyer beware. I ordered a hat from this company and was sent the wrong hat. I used their shipping label to return the incorrect hat and placed new order. When I got the second hat it was the wrong hat yet again. In both cases, the wrong hat was a completely different style versus what I requested. Somehow it was also the same style wrong hat both times, leading me to believe their ordering system is pointing at a wrong stock number. I mentioned this to them and they offered no solution, just "Return can be submitted to our website" I double checked the order I placed to make sure I wasn't inputting the order wrong. Yet the original order was correct. Hopefully, I can get my refund processed without hassle.

Hey Richard,We are sorry to hear about your experience. We do stand by our promise and want you to love your hat. This is why we offer free exchanges and cover shipping costs both directions. In regards to returns, you are correct that we cover the return shipping but charge a $10 re-stocking fee. We feel this is fair because it takes time for our warehouse to inspect the product (sometimes re-tag), scan back into our system, and re-stock in the appropriate place in our warehouse.In regards to the hat "missing" on the website, it sold out very quickly from the direct mail catalog and when a hat is completely sold-out of all sizes/colors we have it hidden on the back-end until we receive more stock of the product. I believe the hat you are referring to will be back in stock in 3-4 weeks.Also, we are very happy you found the hat on another website and were able to purchase it. We are the manufacturer off all hats sold on Tenth Street, so the other website you purchased your hat from is actually a customer of ours. The fact that you received the hat you wanted is what is most important to us.Again we are sorry to hear about your experience, and are grateful for you shopping with us.
