      image So I switched my 95gal to smaller gal and I was told to still fill my regular bin as usual for the last time as I was getting a smaller bin. Well the garbage men took my bin and I guess put all the trash that was in my 95gal to the smaller and of course it didnt end up fitting bc its a smaller. well due to that after taking both bins he returned with the smaller bin and an extra bag and left it in the sidewalk. I called and chatted with customer service no help at all they just told me to send the evidence of what had happen well I did and they still didnt care. They said if I wanted the bag he left behind to get picked up, to request it and I will have to pay an extra fee. Excuse me! pay for what? for him leaving trash behind while clearly my bin was closed all the way as they always want. Still nothing of response from they if I call they dont answer. They are literally TRASH!!! Keep in my I have videos of the whole situation and they didnt care.

      image Lazy workers. Didnt pick up recycle. My lids been broken and lid "has to close". Workers dont see my lids been broken for months? I guess its not "their job". So they dont pick up but we still have to pay our monthly bill. Very frustrating.

      image Missed my pickup, they rescheduled and never came back as they are claiming. Garbage sat on curb since missed pickup. Driver said he came out on sunday although it was rescheduled for Tuesday. Ask for credit and then referred me to the
      you to the city. rep shared they will say driver came back and trash was not there, such a scam.
      Another missed pick up and I've called 3x, obviously if they miss a pick up you have to wait until the next week.
