Terrible customer service! Everything is locked up, so you have to wait about 30 minutes to have an elusive employee open one cabinet to buy laundry soap, then you have to wait another 30 minutes for another elusive employee to open the cabinet with the deodorant, and so on and so on. Expect to be there five plus hours if you want to make a decent shopping trip for a few groceries and toiletries because everything is locked up, and there is no one to open the cabinets unless you want to wait 30 minutes for each item to be unlocked from each cabinet. It's insane and sad. It's a very depressing store and a very depressing situation. They're basically forcing people to buy online or go someplace else. It's sad that the police haven't done anything about the shoplifting to the point where this store is basically just locking everything up and doesn't care that people don't shop there anymore. Honestly, they need to just get rid of the cabinets and go ahead and absorb the hit from the shoplifters because I've done the math from statistics, and those shoplifters don't even make a dent in their huge profits.

Ordered corned beef brisket for "Pick-up". Got the worst package possible. All fat hardly any meat. My friend says the handlers are told to fill orders with stuff the "In-Store" shoppers would not want... Must be true! Didn't know 'till I got home. Never letting them pick out my meat again! Lesson learned!

Waiting 10 min for someone to unlock the glass locked doors and lady was so rude told me to wait and went and did something before she opened the doors and them slams them so loud. Like what even is that? Can someone be on doors duty or something because everything there is locked and you have to wait so long.
