So I recently started a new business in demolition and fire suppression I went in there in hopes to rent a excavator and build a relationship with what I thought was a reliable upstanding company little did I know the credit department person is an absolute joke he only wants to cater to the needs of big corporate well-established companies I tried to voice my opinion and the guy would just come up with reason after reason to not rent me the machine even though I had a commercial insurance policy in place to protect it against any damages and was willing to pay for the rental up front and also a deposit because my credit is newer he is not understanding to a little guy that is trying to start a business in a big corporate world unless you're a corporate company I would not advise going there he tried to tell me that I did not know how to operate the machine and that is why some of the references were required little did he know I have been an equipment operator for the department of forestry for 10 years and I had my operator card with me just to show it to him the credit department person is a complete absolute joke I would not waste your time nor your energy of trying to do business with this company I will be sure to spread the word of my bad experience throughout the industry
