This company employs and promotes dangerous predators. The man in charge of the maintenance department is a sexual deviant. He took advantage of me after helping raise me, destroyed my mom’s reputation and then mine, and anyone one else he tricks into his life. Jason Schwarz is dangerous

I bought my home 3 years ago and asked haggerty to do my whole remodel. I stripped everything and remodeled the entire home (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, etc). My project manager Kerry wasn't bad to work with but I only spoke with him a few times. The super Joe was awful. It took 9 months for the remodel to finish and it was a nightmare. A few months into the job I noticed they were cutting corners and doing sloppy work and I called Joe and explained my frustrations.  The quality continued to be subpar and finally I kept asking him "if this was your home, would you be happy?" That seemed to get better results... they didn't even finished everything I wanted because they went over budget which I understand happens in construction, I was more irritated because the quality seemed inferior. Anyways I was just glad to get into the home. Fast forward 3 years, there are separations in the vinyl flooring (I just fixed it myself because I didn't want to be a pain) but the fence fell over. I called haggerty and asked if they could fix a 3 year old fence that has already fallen. They said kerry and Joe no longer worked there and I got a man named Jeff who told me it was an act of God and they are not responsible. They also told me they have no paperwork that showed they did the fence and tried to say i was kitting about it. They finally found someone who remembered they came out to see it. When i went out there I didn't see any concrete below the post, it ended up being over 12" below the surface. I messaged him and he sent me info for another super that would do it as a side job and charge me. I asked him if it was normal to put concrete over a foot below the surface and let the wood touch the soil and absorb moisture and he simply responded "yes". For a big company that I paid tens of thousands of dollars for quality work and to get slow, late dismissive responses to save a few bucks off their mistakes. I'm extremely disappointed in this service and will warn anyone dealing with this company.
