Lincoln always explains what the issue was and how to check or resolve the issue should it potentially arise again. Plus he is great about training us in ways to prevent issues.

I love John and Shirley. They are my tech for King School. I'm in charge putting in work orders for copy machines at our site. they do a good job on our machines in a timely manner.

The technician was absolutely wonderful. Our office is very dirty, despite cleaning and dusting it regularly, just because of our location and what we manufacture here. He went above and beyond and cleaned our machine and checked to make sure the dust wasn't causing a problem with functionality. He was great.
