        Muoi Chea made my life so easy by handling anything and everything related to my Chapter 7. She listened to my concerns, answered every question I had (even in the late hours of the day) and made it such a seamless process.         I wouldn't recommend attorney. After 1 time meeting and paid an amount upfront for bankruptcy. Afterwards received a call, where I was told they would not take my case, due to I didnt mention i had a property 5 years ago (which I transferred to relatives). I requested a refund and was told that, that was a charge for a 2 hour appointment, plus copies. REALLY!!! I just want to mention my case was finished last year. And there were no obstacles.

Are you afraid of a lawsuit for defamation by me?This is a fake review because everything that you said in your review is false.Every clients who hired me know that I don’t ask for upfront attorney’s fees—they only pay me in installment payments according to the amount of work I have done. I never take attorney's fees upfront. Moreover, the facts you stated about your case does not match anyone I have dealt with. I kept all email correspondence with clients. Maybe you are writing a review for the wrong attorney's office or maybe your intention is to give false information about me.I have clients who lied to me while I was working on their bankruptcy case and later changed their mind about filing bankruptcy once I informed them that the penalty for lying is up to 20 years imprisonment and/or up to $250,000 fine. So it is best not to lie to an attorney in the first place.I have been a bankruptcy attorney for over 15 years and I have worked on over 1,000 cases. All my cases passed! This tells people that I am very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and I am very passionate about my job. So I have over 1,000 happy clients who keep referring me more clients.
