They did my fingerprints before with no problem. I went back to get fingerprints done again and it was a problem. I went back again to see if they could redo my fingerprints because I believe they had made a mistake and they did but when I went to check DOJ it was as if they never resubmitted the information needed. I will not be returning here.

Came here because I need notary service. I thought to myself, I drive by this place all the time. Ill try it. NOPE. Place is locked. I even knocked twice. A car is here so someone is her and its the only car outside this place. No one came. No one answered. Dont waste your time like I did.

Don't waist your money and time. The staff locks the doors during business hours. This lady was very impatient. She said her computer was slow and did not want to do the fingerprint process. She sent me away to another company. She lied to me and said the price would be lesser than what she charged. When I got there they changed to times more. I indeed up waisting gas trying to find this place and spent way more money than I planned. She lied just to get rid of me and other customers as well. She was rude the whole time and had a horrible attitude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. When I was walking out she locked the door behind me and it wasn't closing time. It was around 3:00 and they close at 5:00. She said her name was Glenda but that was probably a lie to

Impatient staff when calling in. They don't call back if asked. If questions arise after they file your form...it is difficult to get any cooperation from them.
