I have some major landscaping done by Johnny one year ago, including new grass (sod) in my front yard and my back yard. Initially, the lawns looked great, except in the backyard, the lawn on the right side started yellowing and dying. Johnny said "add more water to the brown spots". This has been an ongoing battle for 12 months with no resolve. In July 2022, discovered that the sprinklers on the right side were not covering all the grass, and the volume setting was very low. I adjusted them. During July, I had another landscaper install pavers in my back yard. Upon looking at the dying grass, he said there were not enough sprinklers, and the water volume was inadequate. I spoke to Johnny, and he blamed it on me fertilizing the lawns, and the hot summer weather. Neither is true since all of my lawns receive the same amount of watering, and we're fertilized at the same frequency. The pictures validate that my two other lawns are perfectly green. Johnny said wait for the cooler fall weather, and the grass should grow back". I will wait and see, but I believe that I will have to go to the expense of redoing the sprinkler system and adding new sod.

Johnny was very responsive and professional.  He gave a bid from photos and came out and fixed everything we needed, and kept to original bid. We needed multiple irrigation valves replaced and leaking sprinkler repair. He fixed everything in a few hours and did a great job. We had someone else bid the job and they quoted us $2800 for the job Johnny charged us $800. Definitely would call him again!

Failed to show for a scheduled routine appointment. There was no notification and no follow up. We found out about the failure to show due to our tenant complaining about the lawn.My wife contacted them to make up the appointment. They refused and threatened to drop us a customers, which we gladly accepted. Apparently they think a lawn can go 4 weeks without service in the summer.They are unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly rude.Edit: Could no reply to owner's rant so....Unreliable - Did not show up. Did not contact us about the missed appoint before or after. Unprofessional - Read reply below. Also, did not make any attempt to make right the failure to show. Immediately responses by dropping their future commitment. Obviously books more work than they can actually support, which they admit to in the reply below.Rude - most rude people don't realize they are being rude. Like in the reply below.Second edit: This psycho has been repeatedly calling and texting my wife since this review was posted.Third edit: The nutjob that owns this busines just DM'ed threating to sue over this review.  This guy has serious anger issues.
