ServPro of South San Francisco was recommended to me by a friend when loose pipe couplings in the sewage ejector pump in my basement caused filthy water to splatter all over the washer and dryer area of my basement. This occurred just when the agency was fully booked attending to widespread flood damage from a recent storm. Somehow they managed to squeeze in my job, washing down everything with sanitizing detergent and running HEPA air scrubbers for several days in a row. The results were wholly satisfactory. Shawn Newton, owner/operator of ServPro of South San Francisco is reliable, responsive and professional. He helped us with a major water damage clean up back in 2017 when we were out of town and the instant hot water hose busted and flooded our main floor and the ground floor. He and his crew showed up the next day started clearing our home. They were extremely meticulous in packing all our household goods and furnishings. They did a spectacular job is removing everything! We contacted him again just a few weeks ago after a major storm that caused our sub pump to malfunction and our whole ground floor was flooded again. They were very responsive and started mitigating all the water and dampness from our carpet.
