I called to inquire about renting lighting for my wedding and the person I talked to answered the phone “HELLO”... I should have stopped there but thought maybe he was expecting a call from someone he knew? No. He was rude and talked me out of doing business with them. Thanks for shaving me a headache. So many other companies doing the same thing. A $3,000 minimum that you bark out in the first two seconds of the call without even letting people ask questions is a joke. HARD PASS.

JL Imagination is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! The owners, Patty and Julio, are so very sweet and flexible when it comes to time. I just finished a video shoot and we had some technical difficulties on my end but they were so patient and helpful. Their equipment is too notch and they are so well versed with the tech it’s so easy to see your vision come to life! I am so glad I found them and can’t wait to work with them more in the future.

Hands down the best audio/visual studio the Bay Area has to offer! They have top of the line gear across the board, incredibly knowledge staff, and to top it off, Patty & Julio are a dream to work with: they’re true artists. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I just talked with the rudest person. Her name was Patty. Rude, rude, rude. I called her up asking to talk about an event. have you worked with us before? Her accent was so bad, I could barely understand her. And, she is the owner?
