When I showed Lien my current policy, she took one look and helped me out. She was able to get me a LOT more coverage, more balanced coverage, and for less money than what I was paying. She held my hand through the whole process and made it easy. She's personable, fun and trustworthy. Fun fact: she's also kick a$$ with the kettlebells. We love Lien!!!!

Last month, I made a spontaneous decision to buy a new car. Lien and I were in the process of finalizing certain Farmers insurance policies at the time. I realized that if I bought a car that day, I wouldn't be able to drive it off the lot because it wasn't insured. I took the long shot and called Lien from a cable car, mid-afternoon on a Friday, on my way to a dealership where the car I was considering was parked. Lien picked up my call right away, and when I asked whether she could insure the car I was on my way to test drive, she said yes and asked me for the VIN. While I was at the dealership, she insured the vehicle and emailed me the proof of insurance, so I could forward it to the salesperson working with me. He printed it out, and I put it in my new car and drove off the lot.Lien was thorough and responsive in setting up all the insurance policies she is handling for me. I love working with her and knowing that someone who genuinely cares about my coverage is taking care of it.
