No bankers on sight to open an account. Bad service very disappointing bank. Very unhelpful

Short staffed and long line. Able to take check deposits with no cash back however can not provide receipt.

This Chase bank is very close to Trader Joe's and Costco so it's a very convenient location. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was barely any customers so I didn't have to wait at all. I wanted to open a checking account with Chase and I got an appointment immediately with their banker Kate who was nice enough to meet with me despite having an another appointment in 40 minutes or so. She was very quick, efficient, and explained everything very well. She was very kind and easy to communicate with. Definitely some of the best customer service that I've gotten in a long time. You can tell she's passionate about her job and cares about the customer. I would definitely recommend this Chase bank because I had a pleasant experience with the customer service from all of their staff members overall.
