      SSF did not do any business with you, we are aware that you have never been at our shop and that an EBAY Seller ( Giovanni ) has requested all of you to issue a bad review with lies. I invite you to reconsider it. Giovanni made business with the manager NOT the shop. We learned that the manager received a refund for a personal purchase that he made with his personal account and money, which at my knowledge normally after a refund, a case should be closed. But this seller is not content and decides to harass the whole company by making several calls threatening and claiming his money back . If you still think this is right and you wish to keep your review it is fine. We are reporting every comment that is not related to the business. Since we have nothing to do with this transaction. We believe and had advised this seller to file his complaint on EBay and STOP harassing everyone around the person his against for what ever reason.Sincerely,Valeria
